Meet the Pro

Thomas A. Blank, has had his PGA Card since 1987.  Tom completed his apprenticeship in Montevideo MN.  Played competitively in Wisconsin and Minnesota for 3 years and then started pursuing his dream of owning his own golf course.   He fulfilled that dream with his wife in 1996.  Tom has been giving lessons since becoming a PGA member, individual or small groups.

Thomas Allan Blank
Golf  Experience:
Tom began working on a golf course at the age of 13 and has never left the course.  In 1983 he won the MN state champion and represented Minnesota at a high school national tournament and finished 17th in the nation, earning 2nd team All-America honors.  He played one year for the University of Minnesota and the final three years at Texas Lutheran College in Sequin Texas.  An Academic All-America in 1987 on a seventh place national team.  Tom participated in numerous State Amateur and State Open events up until the early 1990's.  He has recorded two Hole-In-Ones and has a career low round of 63 at Montevideo Country Club. 
Community
Involvement:
Tom in involved with church functions and during the school year volunteers his time with math masters programs as well as after school functions.  Sits on the Miltona Township Board as the Clerk.
Hobbies:
Enjoys studying the world atlas, reading, walking and spending time with his family and just being around people.
