STRIKE THREE  July 25, 2017

At the end of a round, each player gets to throw out his score on three holes.  The handicap for each of those three holes is also thrown out.  The remaining 6 holes are totaled for low gross and the remaining 6 hole handicap is subtracted for low net.

SHANLEY SCRAMBLE  August 29, 2017

It is a scramble where you are never out of it because the dynamic can change at any moment.  Any shot your team has for an under par score on a hole, all players on a team may take the shot and if they make it, it counts.  For example, you hit our team’s second shot on a par 4 to within two feet of the cup.  You tap it in, your team is one under par..so normally you’d go to the next hole. But..in the SHANLEY SCRAMBLE I get to also putt, and if I make it our team is 2 under par on that hole.  And if the third player makes it, we’re 3 under and if the forth play makes it we’re 4 under on just that one hole.  If you chip it in..everyone on our also may try to chip it in.  if it’s for eagle and two players chip it in..your team is 4 under on that hole.

NO ALIBIS   May 30, 2017

No alibis is extreme mulligan golf where your handicap converts into the number of mulligans you receive.  If you have a 6 handicap you get 6 mulligans during the round to replay any shot.  You cannot replay a shot twice.  Everyone then plays off scratch and the lowest score at the end wins.  Your mulligan shot must be used no matter if it is worse than the original shot.  You do not have to use all of your mulligans if you choose not to.  Score keeper must keep careful track of all mulligans.
